Inauguration Day!!!

Today is the inauguration of the 44th President of The United States. I watched a bit of it on television, but I fell asleep while Aretha Franklin was singing. I couldn't believe how big her bow was!!! Wow!!!

But, when I'm older and someone asks me what I was doing when Barack Obama became President, I will have to say, "taking a nap."

Happy King Arthur Day!!!

That's what Bradley told me this morning. I'm pretty sure he meant Martin Luther King Day, but whatever ... I thought it was hilarious.

Today is sure fun ... everyone is home for the school holiday. Too bad sweet Mommy and Daddy didn't have today off too ~ we love a good three day weekend!!!

Today is ... PURPLE Day!!!

How terrific is it that sweet Mommy dressed me in purple today. We have spent all morning talking about purple things ... we've been giggling about the purple cow, too!

I never saw a purple cow

I never hope to see one

But I can tell you anyhow

I'd rather see than be one!

I, of course, am a Purple Princess, not a purple cow ... we're working on a special purple poem for me :) ... I'm so worth it!!!

I know, I know ... I'm precious!!! Today is Tuesday and I am being a wonderful little angel, in case you were wondering. We've been playing on the floor and laughing ... I am so wiggly and silly!!! Needing to nap now ... so I'll be rested and ready to go when sweet Momma gets here this afternoon. 'nite, nite :)

It's Monday and ...

I am too fabulous for words!!! Today has been a very good day for me. I fell asleep shortly after my sweet Momma dropped me off and when I woke up, I was starving. I gulped that bottle down like it was a burger & fries! Since then, I've been playing and laughing, having so much fun. The boys are napping, so it's just me & Ann ... laying on the floor exercising and laughing. We don't have the camera today, it's in the other car (from Saturday's soccer games). This picture is from last week ... that's me & Cameron!!! He loves me ... what can I say???

Wednesday With The Polka Dot Princess

I am having the best day today. I am playing and exercising and laughing. It's hard to get any peace and quiet around here, but I'm trying. I wonder what sweet Mommy is doing today? I bet she's working hard & missing me (mostly). We are having a girl's night tonight because my Daddy has a game in Kansas. I sure will miss him.

Yesterday, I got to play with Kayla when she got home from school. She thinks I'm totally terrific ... and I totally am!!!

Getting Started on 2009

Today is my first day back with the Landsbergers. My Daddy was a little sad this morning when he had to leave me ... we are big buddies, you know. I hope my sweet Mommy is having a good day in the library. I miss her like crazy, but I'm having a great day. I took a little nap, but BOY, am I HUNGRY today!!! Time for a little rest now, I'm feeling a bit sleepy. Have a great day Mommy & Daddy ... I'll see you in a litte while.
